I’m currently suffering from BPPV – Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, migraines, and RBD – REM sleep behavior disorder. Last night while having a nightmare I punched my dresser with such force that I roughed up the skin, instantly bruised, and jammed my wrist. (This picture was taken after I woke up.)
It got me thinking as I lay in bed trying not to thurll – throw up and hurl combined – maybe like doctors and professionals, we should have our ailments listed behind our names. If we were to use my abbreviations, I would look quite impressive.
Sarah G. Peterson BD-4, HSV-1, BPPV, RBD, DYX, MH, ASA, AD
(Bipolar Polar non-typical, Herpes simplex viruses type 1 (oral), Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, REM sleep behavior disorder, Dyslexia, Migraine Headaches, Asthma, Anxiety Disorder)
This only shows the ones for which I could find abbreviations.
